POLICY STATEMENT

Our Health Safety and Environment policy statement is aimed at achieving a working environment that is free of work related accidents and ill health in compliance with applicable Code of practice on Health and safety in the construction industry and other international standards as specified in the areas where we operate.

Protecting health and safety of employees and the public is a prime consideration in conducting our work. We also want to: 

• Protect our people, company’s properties and the environment where we operate.
• Provide and maintain safe standards of operations, methods of work and equipment;
• Establish and enforce a safe working culture and methods of work
• Engage and appoint personnel who have the ability, skills and competence commensurate with their role and levels of responsibility;
• Ensure tasks given to employees are within their skills, knowledge and ability to perform;
• Ensure that technical competence is maintained through the provision of refresher training as appropriate;
• Promote awareness of Health and Safety and of good practice through the effective communication of relevant information and instruction.
• Ensure that our services and operations are executed with zero impact to Health, and Safety of all persons.

We shall strive to accomplish these by providing dynamic leadership, commitment and ensure continual improvement that is visible throughout our organization and service delivery.
